Providers with large counts (vercel, twilio) include endpoint-level records generated by replaying historical OpenAPI spec diffs — every entry is anchored to a concrete API surface (endpoint, method, property path), which is what lets mendapi deps --match answer “does this change hit my code, and where” at the endpoint level.
